What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us immediately. Send over pictures of the product along with your order number and a description of the damage. Quality issues or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Once your claim has been validated, Haus of Stems will issue a credit to our account.

Haus of Stems is not responsible for problems occurring during shipping from our locations to yours, including delivery delays caused by weather, global pandemics or Mercury in Retrograde.
